The location and views afforded to this residence demanded a highly elegant, refined, luxurious interior that would celebrate, but not compete with, the spectacular harbour views. Dwell By Jo worked in collaboration with Vernon Architects from project inception, working on layout, finishes, joinery and detailing, plus specification and procurement of all custom furnishings throughout.

The warm, dark palette of the finishes was informed by the western orientation of the residence, devised to help absorb the intensity of the sun that permeates the home. The silvery blues and rich warm jewel accent tones were informed by the sparkle of the water and the incredible sunsets over Sydney Harbour that this home enjoys.
